At Linens N Drapes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase as per the policies below.

 

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

If the product you receive is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof:

Ready-Made Items
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at hello@linensndrapes.com with your order number, or call us.

  • We will arrange a pick-up. Please ensure the product is in its original condition, with tags and packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted only if the item received is damaged (with proof) or if a wrong product has been delivered. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement and inform you of the new delivery timeline
